Brief

This modern townhouse required external cladding replacement due to deterioration of the original fibre cement boards. The owners wanted a contemporary aesthetic that would complement the architectural style while improving thermal performance and weather resistance.

Our solution

We installed Scyon Axon cladding panels in a vertical orientation, creating clean lines that enhance the building's modern profile. A feature wall using timber-look composite cladding was added to the main entrance, providing visual interest and warmth. All work was completed in accordance with Australian standards, with proper ventilation cavities and flashing details.

Outcome

The new cladding has completely transformed the townhouse exterior, giving it a premium contemporary appearance. The improved weather sealing has reduced energy costs, and the low-maintenance materials will provide lasting protection with minimal upkeep required.
